Shipping Policy

  2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the digital media TV box must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any accessories, manuals, and other components included with the product must also be returned in their original state.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be processed promptly for the desired product.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, software or digital content included with the digital media TV box cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Please note that any shipping fees associated with the initial purchase will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part or the product is found to be defective.
